Our dedicated in-house design team will send you a digital representation of the artwork via email for your review. You’re free to suggest modifications at this stage. Once you’re completely content, we’ll need your official approval.

Note: As soon as we receive the green light on the artwork, it’s all systems go for printing!

We’re always optimising our production timelines to give you faster lead times. If you indicate at the order’s onset that you need it earlier than the quoted timeframe, we’ll reassess our production schedule to accommodate this when possible. Typically, your orders are dispatched around 10 days from when they’re primed for printing. We will request any remaining payments as printing is being finalised to ensure no delays in shipping. We are committed to achieving delivery to you and your clients!

As soon as the final payment is secured, we dispatch your order. Beyond providing you with courier tracking details, we proactively monitor your order’s journey to its destination from our end.
